Annie + (Collaborations)

Collaborations - Fly.io

Alongside her more introspective work, Annie brings a sense of play and curiosity to her collaborations with Fly.io, where her illustrations translate complex, often invisible systems into lively, imaginative worlds. Here, her characters take on a different kind of magic—mischievous sprites, adventurous birds, and strange little guardians of code—each one embodying pieces of a larger, hidden infrastructure.

Rather than separating the technical from the imaginative, Annie’s work blends them, turning concepts like distributed systems and resilience into something tangible, narrative, and even a little bit whimsical.

Collaborations - The Spacious Tarot

In 2016, Annie reached out to Carrie Mallon to create a tarot deck. After three years of development they launched the deck with a successful kickstarter, and have sold over 12,000 copies around the world. Their collaboration is one that’s hard to replicate- intuitively aligned while both bringing completely different strengths. They’re currently working on another deck and special edition of the Spacious Tarot.
