This month has gotten busy, as it always does with the holidays. Lots of work, lots of family events, lots of laundry and cooking. It’s just how the end of the year goes. I’m trying to take more small moments to breathe and be still. I’ve been enjoying my time at the gym in the early morning, and also slow walks around the block. In fact, I’m due for one in a few minutes…
